Talent search is done in selective channels such as database search, online/paper advertisement, target search and headhunting etc. The use of channels is customized depending on the requirements of our clients and the type/level of position for each search. For each job search, we will determine the most effective channel and requirements for the position through close communications with our client and market research to understand their company background, culture and business dynamics.
We will always conduct competency-based assessment during our interviews with candidates, be it over phone or face-to-face. In an executive search, we will always target for face-to-face interviews with all our candidates for best effective assessment, especially for local candidates.
In terms of lead-time before the presentation of first shortlist of candidate profiles from Thame’s, it is dependent on the requirements and extensiveness of each job search assignment which normally ranges from 2-4 weeks. |
